The highly anticipated Blooms and Springs .’03 event, which runs from late autumn this year until next spring, presents us all with an opportunity to enjoy some of Mother Nature’s most attractive elements. will once again presents everybody with the most beautiful tribute to Mother Nature in late autumn this year to the summer of next year. We invite you to relax at the hot springs, surrounded by flowers in bloom. Last year’s festival was extremely well received, but this year we have enhanced the activities with even greater style and variety. We hope to see you again surrounded by hot spring and flowers, and create the most memorable ballad for “Hot Spring and Bloom Festival.” Last year’s festival was received by the public with open arms. This year’s festival will be presented with even more delicacy and depth of the style and features. With hot springs and blooms as the main theme, the event will focus on cultural experiences to stimulate our senses and soothe our spirits, creating happy memories. Many of the events are participative, including floral arts, educational sessions and carnival activities for families, providing a full experience, rather than simply a chance to observe briefly.  The event will have different themes, with hot springs and blooms as the main theme, bringing together the cultural uniqueness, it is expected to not only bring the public experience in senses and spirit, but to create endless memories. We will feature many interactive cultural and educational experiences, DIY in the art of flowers, parents-children carnival etc… People participated in the festival will no longer breeze through, but immerse in the entire experience.  You may be surprised that this much natural beauty is so close to hectic, metropolitan Taipei. Taking advantage of the proximity of the hot springs and the abundance of flowers, we are creating an engaging series of celebrations. If you pay close attention to the thriving yet hectic metropolitan Taipei city, you will notice the paradise on earth is closer than you thought due to its naturally gifted treasures, the unique hot springs and blooms. Beginning this autumn, we will carefully transform these natural wonders into a series of celebrations. First is the Taipei Season of Hot Springs, after that followed by the Daisy Show at the Shihlin Presidential Residence, Taipei Flower Show, YangMingShan Flower Festival and the Calla-l Lily Flower Show. There will also be opportunities to explore our cultural and historical background in this natural context.Besides these bountiful tourism assets, the history and cultural backgrounds in store brings countless stories for the whole country even the whole world to experience.  Natural beauty is a gift we are eager to share with everyone through our annual Blooms and Springs and to demonstrate Taipei as an attractive tourist venue for visitors from around the world. The thoughtfulness of the Mother Nature needs to be experienced by everybody, and the “Blooms and Springs ” project is truly a gift from heaven.
