●The Presbyterian Church in Beitou
This ancient Presbyterian Church is situated in S. Rd. Zhong-yang, old downtown in Betou. It was planed and built by Canadian preacher in 1912. The classic building constructed with bricks and wood was similar to English country style. At that time, this church was a religious center for local indigenes. Due it was an important evidence for Taiwan’s history, Taipei City Government has already ordered it as historical building.
