●Caifeng Art Restaurant  The chef who once worked for a five-star hotel is very good at European foods. The recommended specialties are steaks and spaghettis. With about 100 seats and a 180 degrees view, the restaurant is a perfect place to having lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea opposite to Xinbeitou MRT. The owner, Huang Xiu-Yun (黃秀雲), is a civic-minded lady. She loves art and painting, and she is both a flamenco dancer and a member of a local chorus. Since her various hobbies, she offers a performance stage in the restaurant for many art groups. Everyone who comes to the restaurant never get bored. On every Monday, a street artist usually comes to paint portraits for customers in the restaurant. A Magic show goes on every Thursday, and a Chinese traditional music group performs here every Friday night.
